Teachers' Day
The Greek philosopher Aristotle said it best: "Those who educate children well are more to be honoured than they who produce them; for these only gave them life, those the art of living well."
Whether you are still in school or have left it behind for some time now, you probably still remember your favourite (and least favourite) teacher in school, what they did to inspire and motivate you, and the ways they changed your life.
In a country often purported to be heavily fixated on grades and tangible achievements,
we often dismiss the intangible lessons our teachers might have passed on to us.
So this Teacher’s Day, we at ZALORA Singapore want to honour our educators, the ones who not only helped us get that A but also those who showed us the person we could be.
