S$500 ZALORA Shopping Spree Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion period is from 1 to 30 September 2017.
2. There are 5 prizes to be awarded to the top 5 spenders.
i. The S$500 ZALORA Shopping Spree is applicable only at www.zalora.sg and can be used for multiple transactions.
ii. To avail the S$500 ZALORA Shopping Spree, key in Citi Credit Card details followed by the code at checkout.
iii. The S$500 ZALORA Shopping Spree is non-refundable and non-transferable.
iv. ZALORA Singapore reserves the right to amend/cancel the promotion at any time.
v. Validity of code ends 60 days from the date of issuance.
3. Each Prize will be issued in the name of the winner. Strictly one prize per winner.
4. Each winner will win a prize as stated in Clause 1 in the form of an electronic code.
5. To qualify for the giveaway, customers must place a successful order (after returns, exchanges and/or cancellations) with a minimum spend of S$150 on ZALORA with Citi Credit Cards.
6. Each prize must be taken as is and no compensation will be payable if a winner, for any reason, is unable to use the prize as stated. If a winner is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or a prize is not utilised within the timeframe stated it will be forfeited and compensation will not be payable.
7. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person.
8. A ZALORA representative will contact each winner via email with redemption details. Each winner may also choose to contact a ZALORA representative via email at bdregional@zalora.com. In order to claim the prize, contact with ZALORA must be made within 5 working days after being notified of the win, failing which the prize will be forfeited and passed on to the next winner.
10. ZALORA reserves the right to announce or publish the winner's name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.
11. To qualify for the prizes, participants consent to receiving promotional materials from ZALORA.
12. Each winner will be selected by a ZALORA representative for execution of prize redemptions 40 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
13. The prize, in the form of an electronic code will be emailed to the winner's email address.
14. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-refundable and the standard conditions apply.
15. To the full extent permitted by law, ZALORA excludes liability for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to direct, indirect special or consequential loss or damage, loss of opportunity revenue or profit) arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
