How long is this express delivery service available for?

  • This service is available from 20th December to 24th December, 11.59pm.
  • However do note that Express Delivery by '7-Eleven Pay & Pickup' is only applicable to items with a delivery promise of 1 - 3 working days.
  • How can I enjoy this express delivery service?

  • To enjoy this service, simply:
  • 1. Make your order(s) by 12 midnight if you will like to receive them the next day.
  • 2. Select "Pay & Pickup at 7-Eleven" payment option at checkout page.
  • 3. Select your preferred 7-Eleven store to pick up your order. For this express delivery service, please note that only the following 5 7-Eleven stores are participating for this feature:
    1. - Clementi Mall
    2. - 313 @ Somerset
    3. - Bishan MRT Station
    4. - North Point Shopping Centre
    5. - Pasir Ris MRT Station
  • 4. Pay when you pick up your order at your preferred 7-Eleven!
  • Is this service available at all 7-Eleven stores?

  • This express delivery service is currently only available to 5 specific 7-Eleven stores. They are:
    1. - Clementi Mall
    2. - 313 @ Somerset
    3. - Bishan MRT Station
    4. - North Point Shopping Centre
    5. - Pasir Ris MRT Station
  • However, if you would like to place an order within a normal delivery time frame of up to 3 working days, these 7-Eleven stores are available for pick-up at your own convenience - see HERE
  • How will customers be informed of the status of their orders via "Pay & Pickup at 7-Eleven" payment option?

  • 1. Customers will be notified via SMS once their orders have reached the 7-Eleven out of their choice.
  • 2. Customers have 48 hours from the time they receive their confirmation SMS to pick up their parcel from their 7-Eleven store of choice.
  • 3. 7-Eleven is responsible for collection and payment only. Please direct all returns/queries to ZALORA's hotline at +65 3157 5555 or here.
  • Advantages of opting for "Pay & Pickup at 7-Eleven" as a delivery and payment option

  • 1. Extremely useful for customers who prefer to pick up parcels at their own convenience and not wait for deliveries.
  • 2. Speedy delivery at 7-Eleven as no couriers are involved.
  • 3. Customers can easily pick orders up at their nearest 7-Eleven stores and for express deliveries, accessible locations for customers who needed their purchases urgently.
  • 4. No upfront payment; all payments will be made when customers collect their parcels at 7-Eleven
