Campaign Timeline:
  • 12am 8th Dec - 11:59pm 31st Dec:Campaign Period
  • 1st Jan - 31st Jan: Returns/exchange window period
  • 2nd February: Customers will be selected and ZALORA to send an email on the cashback injected
How to Participate:
  • 1. To participate, buyers must place an order during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Purchases”). This promotion applies to products advertised as “sold by ZALORA” only.
  • 2. Cashback rewards are limited to 2 orders made within the Campaign Period.
  • 3. Cashback amount is capped at 15 SGD per order for non-ZNOW customers and 25 RM per order for ZNOW customers.
  • 4. Customers will be contacted via email on 2nd February 2023.
Terms & Conditions:
  • 1. Zalora Cashback Wonderland from 12am, 8 December 2022 - 12am, 11:59 pm, 31 December 2022 (“Campaign Contest Period”).
  • 2. The Cashback amount will be based on the final checkout value (after all discounts are applied).
  • 3. Returned orders that fall below 149 SGD will not be considered for the purposes of determining the top spenders eligible for winner selection.
  • 4. Each participant can win up to 2 times throughout the Campaign Contest Period.
  • 5. Participants must be 16 years old and above in order to participate and be eligible for the prize.Winners of the contest also consent to cooperate and participate in any publicity activities that may be organized by ZALORA.
  • 6. All purchases made after the Campaign Contest Period will not be counted to the final tally.
  • 7. Winners will be chosen at ZALORA’s sole discretion and any decision made would be final.
  • 8. All information published and related to the contest (including text, graphics, symbols, icons, software, and trademark) are protected by copyright and trademark and remain the sole property of ZALORA.
  • 9. ZALORA reserves the right to change/temporarily discontinue the contest without prior notice.
  • 10. ZALORA reserves the right to disqualify any participants who violate the rules and regulations of the contest.
  • 11. ZALORA’s decision on all matters relating to the contest will be final and binding. No discussions, appeals, enquiries, or challenges will be entertained.
  • 12. ZALORA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, or withdraw/discontinue the contest at any time without notice or liability to any party.
  • 13. In the event of inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the contest, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • 14. All cashback will be injected into the customer’s account within 45 days from 2nd February 2023.
  • 15. Cashback will be valid for 30 days upon injection date.
  • 16. Cashback can only be used up to 30% of your cart value after any offers, discounts or promotional pricing (including but not limited to voucher codes). All other terms and conditions in relation to cashback located here shall similarly apply.
  • 17. ZALORA reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions in relation to the usage and redemption of the ZNOW Voucher Codes without prior notice and without any liability to any party. All other terms and conditions in relation to the usage and redemption of promotional voucher codes located at www.zalora.sg shall similarly apply to the ZNOW Voucher Code.
  • 18. The usage of the ZNOW membership shall be governed by the terms and conditions as set out here.
