Oregano essential oil has a wide range of benefits being antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal. Oregano has the highest content of phenols of all the oils from herbs. 

Oregano oil is a healing oil and particularly good for:

• treating nail or foot fungus
• killing parasites and easing infections
• alleviating sinus infections and colds
• as an antiseptic to use in cleaning the house

How to use Orgeano Essential Oil:

• Diffuse to treat colds and sinus problems, as it acts as a decongestant.
• Very effective in treating athlete's foot due to its anti-fungal properties. Dilute a drop with 6 to 12 drops of carrier oil and apply directly.
• Kill Parasites and ease infections: Dilute a drop of oregano with two drops of extra virgin coconut oil and place under the tongue. Hold it there for a few minutes and then rinse it out four times
• Cleaning / antiseptic: combine four drops of oregano oil with 10 drops of lemon oil and a quarter-cup of white vinegar, and then add to a bucket of water. Use this mixture to wipe and clean surfaces.
• Dilute with a carrier oil before use on skin
