Swarovski will not repair, replace or substitute any goods, which have been, in our opinion, subject to normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence, misuse or accident.
Items may be substituted, replaced by a piece of the same value as the original or repaired, depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product as well as on the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts.
This warranty service is provided free of charge.
Original receipts and product packaging must be presented for any repair service required. If a piece is not covered by the terms of Swarovski's warranty policy, we will offer a charged repair services.
The damaged product should be given to the closest Swarovski boutique or an authorized Swarovski retailer, in its original packaging along with the receipt. A list of all authorized Swarovski retailers in your country can be found on the Swarovski web site . Simply select your country, and a list of all specialist dealers will appear. If you enter the name of your town, or that of the nearest city, you will receive more specific details. - Enjoy the flexibility of our 30-day free returns policy (7 days for Pre-Loved and Fine Jewellery items)! Simply pack the item, with its original packaging and tags, into the ZALORA delivery package and drop off the package at any SingPost counter or POPStation, or opt for our return pick up service instead!
- Only for returnable Lifestyle category and Fine Jewellery items, returns are only applicable if the product is in its original packaging with tags, unopened, and unused.
- Any additional items delivered with your order (i.e. product tags, dust bags, branded boxes, and/or gift with purchase) must be returned together for the refund to be processed successfully. For items sold by Sellers, please include the item(s) invoice as well.
