  • DIRECTIONS：
  • 400g prawn, wash and drain.
  • 1 sachet HENG YOON Kam Heong Paste(150g), 1 piece of onion, curry leaves.
  • Deep fry 400g of prawns & set aside.
  • Heat up 150g of HENG YOON Kam Heong Paste and mix well with some water.
  • Add in fried prawns and stir fry until prawns and curry leaves are coated thoroughly with sauce.
  • Garnish with spring onions and serve warm.
  • SUGGESTIONS:
  • * You may also replace prawns with your preferred seafood or meat in this recipe.
