  • COOKING METHOD
  • DIRECTIONS:
  • 400g of crab , wash and drain.
  • 1 sachet HENG YOON Chili Crab Paste (150g), water, 1 nos egg white.
  • Deep Fry 400g crab & put aside.
  • Heat up 150g HENG YOON Chili Crab Paste, add in previous crab & 80g water.
  • Optional to add in more water if too dry.
  • Add in 1 nos of egg white, cook until done.
  • Garnish and serve hot.
  • * You may also replace crab with your preferred seafood or other meat in this recipe.
