Items may be substituted, replaced by a piece of the same value as the original or repaired, depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product as well as on the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts. This warranty service is provided free of charge. Original receipts and product packaging must be presented for any repair service required. If a piece is not covered by the terms of Swarovski's warranty policy, we will offer a charged repair services. The damaged product should be given to the closest Swarovski boutique or an authorized Swarovski retailer, in its original packaging along with the receipt.
