Terms and Conditions for Luxury Lounge Programme

This page, together with our policies and other documents referred to on it, tells you the terms and conditions (the 'Terms and Conditions’) that apply to your enrolment in the Luxury Lounge programme. By being enrolled in the Luxury Lounge programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

When we refer to 'you' or 'your' we mean you, the person enrolled in the Luxury Lounge programme. Where we refer to 'we', 'us' or 'our' we mean ZALORA which operates the Luxury Lounge Programme. We are Jade E-Services Singapore Pte. Ltd., (Company Registration No. 201134432E), trading as www.zalora.sg (“ZALORA”).

These terms and conditions supplement our website terms and conditions and our Personal Data Protection Policy, which you can find on our Customer Service pages on the website and apply to any purchases you make on www.zalora.sg any of its sub-domains and any other websites operated by us or on our behalf and any mobile device application or desktop application developed by us or on our behalf (collectively, the “Platform” being a reference to any one of them).

  1. 1) Luxury Lounge Membership To qualify for Luxury Lounge you must be a registered account holder on ZALORA and aged 18 years or over.

    If you qualify for Luxury Lounge membership (cumulative annual* minimum spend of SGD 2,500 accumulated on eligible purchases), you will be automatically enrolled in this loyalty programme 30 days after your most recent purchase of a product under the Luxury tab of the Platform that has not been subsequently cancelled or returned.

    *“annual” means a continuous twelve (12) month period that commences on the date following 30 days of your most recent purchase.

    To opt-out of Luxury Lounge entirely, kindly send an email to our Customer Service team at the designated email address we will notify you of separately. By doing so you agree that this will end your Luxury Lounge membership. Once your opt-out has been processed, you will no longer receive communications from the Luxury Lounge programme and you will lose access to Luxury Lounge privileges. If you opt-out of Luxury Lounge, or you close your ZALORA account, all privileges will be removed from your account. Should you later choose to opt-in again, your Luxury Lounge qualification will be recalculated as if you are a new member.

    Please note that we currently do not accept requests for merging of ZALORA accounts.

    Make sure you are subscribed to our push and email notifications, so we can send you updates about your Luxury Lounge privileges. You can check and update your communication preferences in your ZALORA account. In the event you would like to unsubscribe from our notifications but wish to remain a member of Luxury Lounge, kindly click on the “Unsubscribe” function within any email notification you receive from us.

    From the time you receive a notification from us regarding your enrollment into the programme, please check to ensure that your birthday details are accurate as we will be sending you added birthday perks that you can look forward to. If we do not receive any request from you regarding an update to your birthday details within one (1) month from the date of your receipt of the abovementioned notification, we will take into account the birthday details you had provided at the time of your ZALORA account registration when we provide you with birthday perks in future. Should there be any amendments to birthday details that are necessary, please contact our Customer Service.


  2. 2) Eligible Purchases Luxury Lounge membership will be awarded to you based on accumulation of the monetary amount(s) that is paid by you for the respective product(s) you purchase under the Luxury tab on the Platform, over the period mentioned below. We have sole discretion over determining which purchases are Eligible Purchases for purposes of the Luxury Lounge.

    Eligible purchases are any product you have purchased under the Luxury tab on the Platform which you have paid for, and which is not subsequently returned or cancelled. Please note that business use (for example purchasing a product for the purpose of reselling) of Luxury Lounge is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right in our sole discretion, at the point of your purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a purchase you have made is for business use, which will have an impact on whether you are deemed eligible for the membership.

    Membership will be awarded upon our internal verification of your fulfillment of the minimum cumulative annual value of SGD 2,500, and we will notify you of your automatic enrolment into this loyalty programme. We may amend such period of accumulation and minimum spend at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice.


  3. 3) Returns Period All items purchased under the Luxury tab on the Platform which are either (i) under the Fine Jewellery section or (ii) indicated as “Pre-loved” are subject to a 7-day returns period as stated under our Returns Policy which may be subject to change from time to time. The standard Returns Policy applies to all other purchases made under the Luxury category.


  4. 4) Other Important Information You should ensure that the contact information on your ZALORA account is accurate and up-to-date. We will not be responsible for any inaccurate details provided by you.

    You understand and agree that we may collect and/or use personal data from you (as may be applicable) in the course of your membership with the Luxury Lounge Programme, including but not limited to using personal data in your ZALORA account for the purposes of analysis and so that specific recommendations and offers may be made to you, and/or in the event you interact with our customer experience team or other representatives, as set out in our Personal Data Protection Policy.

    You can update your email communication preferences in the shopping preferences tab in your account. Alternatively, follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of our promotional emails.

    In the event that we determine there has been business use or any abuse of the Luxury Lounge by you, we can take any action we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, including terminating your membership in the programme, closing or suspending your ZALORA account and/or downgrading your tier if applicable.

    We do not accept requests to merge any ZALORA accounts. We may cancel, withdraw or amend these terms and conditions, ZALORA Luxury Lounge privileges and our policies at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice. Any amendments to these terms and conditions or our policies will be posted on our platform and be effective immediately. Your continued enrollment in the Luxury Lounge membership constitutes acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.

    We reserve the right to immediately terminate your membership in the programme and your accumulated spend shall be forfeited. If you a) are in any breach of any of these terms or any applicable law, b) deemed or there are reasonable grounds to suspect you have committed fraud or misuse of the programme, c) harmed or are likely to harm ZALORA’s interests.

    These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with Singapore law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts in Singapore. All dealings, correspondence and contacts between us shall be made or conducted in the English language.
