FAQs About Bottle WarmerChargingQ: How long do I need to charge the device for 1st-time use?
As per common belief, people charge their new devices the very first time by typically draining it out and then charging it for 8 to 12 hours non-stop. This behavior may have been true in the era of nickel batteries, however, you need not resort to such practice for today’s lithium-ion batteries. Lollababy Bottle Warmer uses lithium-ion hence there is no need to drain and charge it for 8 to 12 hours non-stop. You may stop charging the device once it is fully charged.
Q: What does the display “Lo” mean?
“Lo” is displayed to warn that the battery is less than 20% and has to be recharged. When “Lo” displays, it would power off after blinking for 6 seconds.
Q: How long will it take to charge the bottle warmer?
We recommend that you use a 3A power adaptor for charging as it will take between 3-4 hours.
For the 2A power adaptor, it will take at least 6 hours for charging.
For a 1A power adaptor, it will take at least 8 hours for charging.
Q: How do I know if it is fully charged?
“100” is displayed to inform you that it is fully charged.Q: What liquids can it warm?
All liquids like water, breast milk, fresh milk, etc. can be warm using the bottle warmer.
Q: How do I wash the bottle warmer?
You can use your dishwashing detergent to wash the stainless steel part that comes into contact with the liquids. However, please ensure that the charging port cover is closed when washing it under the tap. Do NOT immerse the bottle warmer in water or any other liquids.
Q: Can I sterilize the bottle warmer?
You may only use a UV sterilizer without the drying function to sterilize the bottle warmer. The drying function of UV Steriliser is not recommended as there is a lithium-ion battery in the device.
Pouring hot boiling water over the stainless steel part is ok but do ensure that the charging port cover is closed to prevent water from entering the battery causing damage.
