Shipping and returns policy
Delivery times range from within 3-5 working days to 7-14 working days.
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email and tracking number from our courier partner to confirm that your package is on its way. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, we will leave a slip with instructions on re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please follow the directions or contact customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org or +65 6742 4500.
In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, ZALORA maintains a fuss-free, no questions asked return policy. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund.
- You can return your order for up to 30 days from the date of receipt
- Return shipping is absolutely FREE
Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging
- For beauty products, the seal should be intact
Please note that we do not allow returns for some items for hygiene reasons. You may refer here for the full list.
How to make a return?
- Contact our Customer Service at +65 6742 4500 or email@example.com within 30 days of receipt of items, and provide the following information: Order reference number and list of SKUs for the specific items you want to return
- Our Customer Service will then email over your shipping label and relevant receipts
- Prepare the products you would like to return, along with the original ZALORA box and all the printed forms
- With all of the above in tow, simply head down to your nearest Post Office and hand them over to any of the available agents. You can find the list of Post Offices here. You will be given a receipt upon collection of the parcel, and shipping will be of course, free of charge. Unfortunately, returns without return slips and the original ZALORA boxes will not be accepted
- Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfilment centres (usually within 3 - 5 working days of receipt), your refund will be processed and issued through your original method of payment within 7 days. However, do note that for Cash on Delivery orders, cash refund will not be available. For orders placed with Cash on Delivery, please provide your name, bank name and account details so we that can refund you through bank transfer once we receive your item.
